By purchasing, accessing, or using the services, platform, or software provided by AI Genius Agency, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Service Overview

AI Genius Agency provides access to artificial intelligence tools, automation systems, messaging tools, AI agents, and related digital services designed to help businesses automate communications, marketing, and operational workflows.

The platform may include AI-powered messaging, automation workflows, AI-generated responses, integrations, and other software services.

Services are provided on a subscription basis, and certain offers may include a 14-day trial period.


2. 14-Day Trial

Some service plans may include a 14-day trial period allowing users to evaluate the platform.

Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, the account may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the plan selected during signup.

Users may cancel during the trial period to avoid future billing.


3. Billing and Subscription

By subscribing to the platform, you authorize AI Genius Agency to charge your payment method for the selected subscription plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle.

Your account will remain active for the full duration of the paid billing period.


4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

When a cancellation occurs:

  • The account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • The subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

  • Access to the service will end once the billing period expires.

Cancellation prevents future charges only.


5. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AI Genius Agency are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • subscription fees

  • setup fees

  • unused services

  • early cancellation

  • partial billing periods

  • trial conversions

By purchasing or using the service, users acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.


6. Usage Limits and Additional Charges

The platform is intended for normal business usage.

AI Genius Agency reserves the right to apply additional service charges if account activity is determined to be excessive, abnormal, or outside the intended operational use of the platform.

Examples may include:

  • unusually high messaging volume

  • excessive AI processing

  • abnormal automation activity

  • activity that negatively impacts platform stability

Determination of excessive usage is made at the sole discretion of AI Genius Agency.


7. AI Processing and Digital Wallet Usage

Certain features of the platform may consume AI processing resources or messaging services.

The platform may utilize a digital wallet system to track usage-based resources such as:

  • AI text generation

  • AI voice processing

  • messaging automation

  • AI image generation

  • workflow processing

Users are responsible for maintaining a sufficient wallet balance and paying any usage-based charges associated with their account activity.

AI Genius Agency reserves the right to charge the payment method on file or issue invoices for additional usage charges.


8. AI Output Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence tools available on the platform may generate automated responses, content, or recommendations.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for business, financial, legal, or operational purposes.

AI Genius Agency does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs.


9. AI Decision Disclaimer

AI tools and agents available through the platform may generate recommendations or insights.

These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or business advice.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any information generated through the platform.

AI Genius Agency shall not be responsible for any decisions, business actions, or financial outcomes based on AI-generated outputs.


10. Messaging Compliance

Users who utilize messaging features including SMS, MMS, email, or other communication channels must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for ensuring that recipients have provided appropriate consent for communications when required.

AI Genius Agency is not responsible for messaging violations resulting from improper use of the platform.


11. Messaging Carrier and Compliance Disclaimer

Messaging services may rely on third-party providers and telecommunications carriers, including but not limited to Twilio and LeadConnector.

These providers maintain their own policies regarding messaging behavior and acceptable use.

AI Genius Agency cannot guarantee message delivery or campaign approval and is not responsible for penalties, carrier filtering, account suspensions, or messaging restrictions imposed by third-party providers.


12. Automation Execution and Runaway Automation

The platform allows users to deploy automated workflows and AI agents that may execute continuously once activated.

Users are solely responsible for configuring, testing, monitoring, and managing all automations operating within their accounts.

Any activity generated by automation systems, including messaging volume, AI processing activity, or workflow triggers, is considered authorized by the account holder.

Users remain responsible for any charges resulting from automation activity, regardless of whether the activity was intentional or accidental.

AI Genius Agency reserves the right to throttle or suspend automation activity if system stability is affected.


13. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and access permissions.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt the service, or engage in unlawful activity using the platform.


14. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party providers including messaging networks, payment processors, AI providers, and infrastructure services.

AI Genius Agency is not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.


15. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

AI Genius Agency shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruptions resulting from use of the platform.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the most recent billing period.


16. Termination

AI Genius Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Termination does not entitle users to refunds.


17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.


18. Updates to These Terms

AI Genius Agency may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
